Shipping Policy

Most orders from Stash Haus are typically shipped the next business day after the order is placed. We primarily use UPS and USPS for shipping. When "Free Shipping" is selected, we will ship using the fastest and most cost-effective method available at the time of shipping. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional local duties and taxes.

Due to changes in carrier policies, no refunds will be issued for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Stash Haus will not issue refunds for delays caused by carrier errors or congestion.

After placing your order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation via email. A second email, including your tracking information, will be sent as soon as a shipping label has been created and your package is ready to be dispatched.
